Fresh from a local estate in Upstate NY! Vintage, Old, antique, original - NOT a Reproduction - Guaranteed !! Very rare. I have never seen this one before, and could not find much about it anywhere. Great scene! 5 pages of music, complete, with cover. Nice color litho of the Boardwalk. Cakewalk rag dance. Large format. Advertising at bottom. Good condition. Waterstain from lower corner of back cover has come through to the cover, which can be seen (a couple small dark spots at lower lh corner of front cover). Covers detached, but present. Complete. A couple rips at upper right edge go through the cover and the sheet music pages, and have been professionally repaired. Would look great framed.
