Description
The Legendary SONOLA AA20 Accordion I have seen and played so many accordions it is almost difficult to become surprised. However, once in a while I come across an exceptional instrument that can be admired for hours and is difficult to put down once I start playing it. This Sonola is one of these rare accordions. The response is fabulous - lots of overtones, vast dynamic range, excellent compression and sound projection. I don't need to talk much about the original Sonolas from 50s and 60s. You've got to try them! "Sonola - Model AA20 - Double Chamber - Made in Italy" Excellent "Academy Award" concert reeds Double Tone Chamber Tone Modulator - doubles the treble tonal flavors (22 distinct sounds) 4 treble sets of reeds - LMMH Concert Tuning 5 sets of bass reeds 41 keys, 19-3/8 " keyboard made of finest American walnut, separate rods for black and white keys 10 treble switches - Bassoon (L), Accordion (LMM), Harmonium (LMH), Musette (MMH), Magi-Color Tone (LH), Bandoneon (LM), Oboe (MH), Clarinet (M), Violin (MM), and Piccolo (H) Palm Master switch (LMMH) 120 bass - 5 bass switches Amplified - separate bass/treble volume controls on the grill, and standard 1/4" jack input - tested and works fine Clean and air-tight bellows Custom made shoulder and bass straps - 4" wide for extra comfort Very good hard shell case (from a Cordovox accordion) This instrument has been loved and played, not kept in a case. The reeds can sound soft yet you feel the tremendous power in them. Need I say more? Call me to hear it. If you have questions about this instrument or if you like to talk about accordions, feel free to email me at glazarov@AccordionGallery.com or call me at 973-770-6877. In case you would like to have your accordion serviced or to consider buying an accordion I believe I can help you. I love accordions. I've played the accordion for more than 30 years now - professionally, for friends, and for my own pleasure. I've tried almost every brand there is and I still can't have enough of this experience.Thank you for reading and good luck! Accordion Gallery
