This machine is designed as a low volume machine and not for large scale production. It will perforate standard piano rolls, 9 to the inch, 97 punches. This machine is NOT COMPLETE and NOT WORKING. It was a project started by a master tool maker and was never finished. All the difficult parts are there. The punches are each operated by an industrial solenoid, one for each punch. Many extra solenoids are included. Also included are extra punch rods. There is a take up spool and a tracker bar that was designed for roll duplication, but the paper drive and the controls for the punches are NOT INCLUDED nor do they exist. Though not complete, what is done is quite elegant and beautifully made. Weight is about 300 pounds including all the extra solenoids. The punch head comes off the frame and both are easily transported in a minivan. Crating is available at extra charge.
