It was manufactured by the Steinway and Sons factory prior to their acquisition by CBS and is considered a prime example of traditional Steinway craftsmanship.  My last piano tuner described it as “The Holy Grail” of the genre.   It has been played, tuned and maintained on a regular basis.  The usage has been light and it has never been subjected to heavy professional use; consequently, the keys and action are in superb condition.
