I never learned to play. My brother, who had a small band, loaned me $100 dollars and kept it for collateral.   He di not play or played it very little.  He was a bass player.  In 1978 he became very ill.  (parkinson disease).  He gave the guitar back to me.  I have had it appraised 3 times.  This was done by Skip's Music Store.  The appraisal was for insurance coverage.  In 2006 I attempted to sell it on EBay.  I was asking $35,500 at this time.  The highest offer I got was $24,500.  I still have a copy ot the offer.  Since, I have had other buyers contact me, but they aren't willing to pay my price.  I am now in great need for money so it is up for sale again. It is in mint condition, very little wear on the rosewood finger board frets and no dents.  It has been kept in a conditioned area for all this time.  There is a tweed case but not the original.  I have confirmation of the authenticity of guitar. Please don't make an offer if you can't afford it.   And PLEASE I would appreciate not receiving any comments on what it is or what I should do. It is what it is and my starting price is $20,500.
