I just purchased this from the top Flat-top picker and yes He wants it back. This guitar is in need of nothing; just play it. 1945 is the last year for Adarondak Spruce in the older Martin Guitars. GRUHN GUITAR APPRAISAL Reads: "I have personally inspected this instrument (a 1945 Martin style 000-28) serial #92367 This guitar shows significant playing wear, but it is set up in excellent playing condition. John Arnold of Newport, Tennessee repaired the side, replaced a segment of binding and herringbone on the top, touched up around the bridge, reset the neck, installed a new saddle (Ivory), refretted the fingerboard, installed a new nut (Ivory) and repaired cracks.
